Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health in Arizona. This full-time position involves delivering skilled nursing care under RN supervision in clients’ homes and coordinating with families and referral agencies.

Qualifications

• Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
