Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Durant, OK is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision. You will coordinate with the care team, patients, and families to ensure high-quality, compassionate care across ages.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited LPN program, holds a current LPN license and driver's license, and has CPR and Hepatitis profile; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
