Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Iowa seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under the supervision of an RN. You will coordinate with the care team, patients, and families to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has an accredited LPN program, an active LPN license, a valid driver's license, and 2 years of LPN experience (home health preferred). CPR and Hepatitis profile are required, and you value professional growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state.
• Valid driver’s license.

About the position:

The primary function of the LPN is to administer skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for clients of all ages in their place of residence. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
• Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
