Traditional Home Health Care invites a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our pediatric division in Berwick, PA. We offer weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules with competitive hourly pay from $28 to $32 and weekly direct deposit payments.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Experience providing care in home health for pediatric and/or adult patients preferred
• Compassionate, patient-focused care in one-on-one settings

Responsibilities

• One-to-one patient care in home or school settings
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate care with the care team
