Job summary

Unlimited Property Management LLC is seeking a Licensed Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee multiple community associations in the Miami area. You will build strong client and vendor relationships, support property managers, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance with agreements and best practices.

The ideal candidate has LCAM certification, 4–5 years in CACM, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Valid LCAM license is required.
• 4–5 years of experience in community association management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of assigned community associations per agreements.
• Liaise with boards of directors, homeowners, and committees.
• Manage vendor relations and performance evaluations.
• Prepare board meeting materials and attend meetings.
• Monitor budgets and financial reports; suggest capital expenditures.
• Ensure adherence to company processes for accounts payable.
• Coordinate monitoring of building and common area inspections.
• Support architectural review processes and oversee routine inspections.
• Maintain association files and resident data.
