Job summary

Empire Management Group in Florida seeks a Licensed Community Association Manager to oversee an HOA portfolio with multiple office locations. You will manage communities, ensure service and financial goals, and lead projects with a focus on compliance and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate board and membership meetings, review architectural applications, supervise vendors, and enforce covenants. Valid Florida CAM license and 2+ years in the industry are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in the community association industry managing portfolios.
• Valid Florida CAM license required.
• Proven ability to interact with boards, homeowners, vendors and staff.
• Ability to attend evening board meetings and respond to emergencies after hours.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned HOA portfolio to meet service and financial goals.
• Coordinate board and Membership meetings and communicate key messages.
• Review architectural applications for compliance and make recommendations.
• Establish standards for operations and maintenance; procure service providers and inspections.
• Conduct vendor bidding processes and contract management.
• Deliver timely, customer-oriented handling of inquiries and disputes.
• Develop safety plans and monitor security and safety issues during inspections.
• Oversee special projects to complete on time and on budget.
