Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Licensed Community Association Manager per Florida Statutes 468 is required for consideration.
• Two or more years of CAM or related business experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities; multitasking capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for homeowners, board members and vendors.
• Proficiency in fiscal management, budgeting and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of HOA regulations, compliance issues and governance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site team members and set maintenance/service specifications.
• Uphold high standards of service delivery through oversight and follow-up.
• Maintain professional relationships with Board, owners, and vendors.
• Monitor contracts, evaluate/ negotiate, ensure COIs and licenses compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports with updates and recommendations.
• Lead Board meetings when required in accordance with Robert’s Rules.
• Respond to calls/ correspondence timely and professionally.
• Maintain accurate property files and documentation for future reference.
• Upload and maintain documents in management systems.
• Monitor aging reports and support timely legal actions when needed.
• Organize records and office communications per company standards.
• Update association communications (menus, newsletters, website).
• Develop and deliver reports, budgets, and bid analyses.
• Coordinate with headquarters, attend manager meetings, and chair team meetings.
