Job summary

Next Generation Management & Accounting Services is seeking a licensed LCAM to oversee a Sunrise, FL portfolio of residential communities, including Pembroke Pines, Davie, Tamarac and Coral Springs. This full-time role emphasizes community association management, resident relations, and operational excellence.

You will lead Board interactions, supervise onsite staff, manage budgets and contracts, monitor financials, and ensure compliance with governing documents, while delivering superior

Qualifications

  • Active Florida LCAM license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or compliance concerns
  • Supervise onsite staff, including scheduling, training, and payroll coordination
  • Manage work orders and maintenance requests
  • Coordinate vendor services, contracts, and community projects
  • Investigate resident concerns and ensure compliance with governing documents
  • Prepare for and attend Board meetings, including agendas, notices, and meeting minutes
  • Assist Boards with budgeting, financial planning, reserve projects, and insurance renewals
  • Monitor association financials, including invoices, billing, reconciliations, and investments
  • Maintain administrative records, violation logs, and architectural requests
  • Prepare and submit monthly management reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, Board Members, and vendors
  • Respond to emergency situations as needed

Next Generation Management & Accounting Services is a professional property management and accounting company specializing in condominium and homeowners association (HOA) management throughout Broward County. This full-time role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about community association management, resident relations, and operational excellence. As a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), you will oversee a portfolio of residential communities, serving as the primary point of contact for Board Members, residents, vendors, and homeowners. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple properties while ensuring operational efficiency, financial stability, and exceptional customer service.

Location: Sunrise, FL (Portfolio properties located in Pembroke Pines, Davie, Tamarac and Coral Springs)

Salary: $80,000 annually

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week

License Requirement: Active Florida LCAM license required

Please note: This position requires availability to respond to property emergencies outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

  • Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in community associations or condominium management
  • Active Florida LCAM license required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Self‑motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
