Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a licensed plumber to join our nationwide brand. We offer top pay, flexible schedules, and strong benefits, with experienced plumbers earning over $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, installing fixtures, and handling service sales while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. A valid driver’s license and state license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of repair and service plumbing experience required.
• Proven track record in the sale of plumbing products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer service calls, conduct thorough inspections of plumbing issues, accurately diagnose problems, offer effective solutions and estimates, and successfully close service sales.
• Using the required licensing, install and repair various plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposal units, dishwashers, and water softeners.
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning services in basements, roofs, confined spaces, and close-quarters; ensure thorough cleaning and restoration of work sites to pre-job conditions.
• Prepare invoices, totaling costs of services/products provided; collect payment and explain the Roto-Rooter guarantee.
