Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, propose solutions and close service sales.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and more.
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning; restore work sites to pre-job conditions.
• Prepare invoices, collect payment, and explain guarantees to customers.
