Qualifications

• Minimum three years of repair and service plumbing experience.
• Proven track record in selling plumbing products and services.
• Valid driver’s license and state plumbing license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Journeyman license or equivalent certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to service calls, diagnoses issues, and closes service sales.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and more.
• Performs sewer and drain cleaning in diverse environments and restores work sites.
• Prepares invoices, explains costs, and collects payment.
• Maintains customer communication and ensures service quality and safety.
