Qualifications

• State plumbing license required.
• Three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience.
• Excavation Certification within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer service calls, conducts thorough inspections of plumbing issues, accurately diagnoses problems, offers effective solutions and estimates, and successfully closes service sales.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, garbage disposals, dishwashers, and water softeners.
• Conducts sewer and drain cleaning services in diverse environments and ensures thorough cleaning and restoration of work sites to pre-job conditions.
• Prepares invoices, totals costs of services/products provided, collects payment and explains guarantees.
