Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking skilled plumbers to provide a wide range of plumbing services including repairs, installations, and drain cleaning. The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate diagnostics, and opportunities for career advancement within a well-known national brand.

Qualified candidates have extensive plumbing experience, valid licensing, and a willingness to obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience.
• Proven track record in the sale of plumbing products and services.
• Valid driver’s license and good communication skills.
• State plumbing license preferred; willing to obtain certification.
• Excavation Certification via Competent Person Training within first year.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service calls; inspect, diagnose, propose solutions and close sales.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, disposals, dishwashers, water softeners).
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning in varied environments; restore sites to pre-job conditions.
• Prepare invoices, explain costs and Roto-Rooter guarantees to customers.
• Move on to the next service call after payment collection.
