Roto-Rooter is seeking a Licensed Plumber to service customers and perform a full range of plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance. The role involves inspecting plumbing issues, diagnosing problems, preparing estimates, and closing service sales.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience.
• Wisconsin state plumbing license required.
• Journeyman license or equivalent certification as specified by the state.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer service calls, conducts thorough inspections of plumbing issues, accurately diagnoses problems, offers effective solutions and estimates, and successfully closes service sales.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, and related equipment.
• Conducts sewer and drain cleaning services in various environments and ensures work sites are restored to pre-job conditions.
• Prepares invoices and collects payments, explaining the Roto-Rooter guarantee.
