Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a licensed plumber to join our team in Austin. You will respond to service calls, diagnose plumbing issues, and provide repair and installation solutions while ensuring quality customer service.

The role includes performing sewer and drain cleaning, collecting payments, and maintaining documentation for warranty and service guarantees. The position requires a state plumbing license and at least three years of repair and service plumbing

Qualifications

• Valid plumbing license required and state-specific certification.
• Experience in repair and service plumbing is essential.
• Proven sales experience in plumbing products/services is required.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to service calls, inspects issues, diagnoses problems, offers solutions and estimates, and closes service sales.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures and appliances with required licensing.
• Performs sewer and drain cleaning in basements, roofs, confined spaces, and tight areas.
• Prepares invoices, totals costs, collects payment, and explains guarantees.
• Maintains job sites and returns to next call after completion.
