Job summary

The role involves hands-on patient care across settings with emphasis on quality and regulatory compliance.

You will educate patients and families, document sessions, and participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy and PTA licensure.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust treatment plans under supervision, selecting appropriate activities to meet patient goals.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
• Document treatment sessions and complete required reports following departmental protocols.
• Engage in ethical practices, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate effective communication and teamwork.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and organizational policies, ensuring a positive patient and team environment.
