Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist to help treat patients according to individualized plans of care.

You will assist with all phases of physical therapy, document patient progress, and communicate with the PT, rehab director, and facility staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified physical therapy assistant candidates.
• Ability to follow individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.
• Strong communication and teamwork with PTs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients through all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and document patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
