Qualifications

• Associates degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Licenses including PTA and BLS (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under supervision of the physical therapist, selecting appropriate activities to help patients achieve goals.
• Adjust plans collaboratively with therapists, patients, and families.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and follow-up referrals.
• Document treatment sessions and complete required documentation per protocols.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with team members, participate in meetings, and utilize resources safely and efficiently.
• Support a positive environment through excellent customer service and teamwork, applying service recovery principles.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, mandatory training, and licensure maintenance.
