Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a fully in-office position in the United States, Pennsylvania. You will manage auto and home policies, handle quotes, and support clients with inquiries while collaborating with leadership to uphold service standards.

Ideal candidates hold an active Property & Casualty license and have prior personal lines experience, with proficiency in insurance software and strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, and other administrative tasks related to personal lines accounts.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
