Job summary

The CSR will use agency systems to manage policies, endorsements, and billing inquiries while generating regular client reports.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer usage and VOIP phone systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize agency systems to shop expiring policies at renewal with all available insurance carriers.
• Respond promptly to endorsement and service requests from clients.
• Process daily downloads to ensure accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Address basic billing questions and assist clients with payment inquiries.
• Run weekly and monthly performance and client service reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve high retention rates.
• Support the agency’s mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
