Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join an established independent insurance agency in Florida. The role focuses on personal lines with some commercial exposure, delivering exceptional client service, processing policy changes, and assisting with quotes and renewals.

Qualified candidates hold an active P&C license, have 2–3 years of industry experience, and are skilled communicators with strong organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Holds an active P&C license and handles personal lines and some commercial lines.
• 2–3 years in insurance customer service or account management, preferably at an independent agency.
• Strong verbal and written communication; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and service requests.
• Remarket home and auto policies for competitive coverage and pricing.
• Assist with quoting new business and processing renewals.
• Manage and service a portfolio of primarily personal lines accounts with some commercial exposure.
• Maintain accurate client records using QQCatalyst or similar software.
• Communicate with carriers to facilitate policy changes and gather coverage information.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient account management and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure timely completion of service tasks.
