Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks licensed PE engineers who can blend technical review with business development. The role requires managing client relationships, pricing proposals, and sealing geotechnical letters while contributing to revenue growth.

You will coordinate with a central lab and field staff, travel to client sites, and represent the company at meetings. You bring in work, keep clients, and earn compensation tied to revenue generated, with an established base salary and bonus

Qualifications

• Active PE license required with civil/geotechnical/structural focus.
• 6+ years in construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, or special inspection with client-facing responsibility.
• Ability to bring in work or show credible plan to develop market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of clients including general contractors, owners, developers and design firms.
• Scope, price, and write proposals; negotiate terms and sign work.
• Serve as engineer of record on won projects and review data, seal reports and letters.
