Job summary

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing applications, renewals, and billing questions, providing quotes, and supporting retention efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain state licenses/appointments.
• Complete Customer Service, Insurance & Membership training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries and explain product features and ACG service advantages.
• Service insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and processing.
• Provide insurance quotes, apply underwriting rules, cross-sell opportunities.
• Process payments and support retention efforts with member outreach.
