Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a customer-focused Field Insurance Service Representative to assist members with insurance policies, payments, renewals and product inquiries at our Fort Mill location. This role blends service, problem-solving and sales support while promoting ACG’s insurance, membership and financial products.

Key duties include responding to inquiries, processing applications and renewals, providing quotes, handling payments, and supporting community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain state licenses/appointments to sell and service Auto Club Group products.
• Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries, explain features and services, assist with sales processing, and resolve complaints with management support.
• Service policies and process applications, renewals, endorsements, changes, billing questions, and new business applications.
• Provide quotes, apply underwriting rules, promote insurance and membership products, and refer to agents when needed.
• Process insurance and membership payments, conduct retention calls, and handle delinquent memberships and cancellations.
• Assist with office events to generate insurance revenue and raise member product awareness.
