Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative to assist members with policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. You will deliver courteous service and support sales through referrals.

Responsibilities include processing applications, renewals and changes, quoting insurance products, and coordinating with agents to promote coverage and membership services in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain state licenses/appointments.
• Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, explain product features and service advantages, support sales processing, and resolve complaints with management support as needed.
• Participate in team service efforts and help deliver consistent, customer-focused support.
