The Auto Club Group in Naples, FL is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative to assist members with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. This role blends service, problem-solving, and sales support to promote ACG’s insurance, membership, and financial products.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, servicing policies, processing applications and renewals, providing quotes, promoting cross-sell opportunities, and supporting retention efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries, explain product features and service advantages, support sales processing, and resolve member/customer complaints.
• Service insurance policies and process applications, renewals, endorsements, status or coverage changes, billing questions, and new business applications.
• Provide insurance product quotes, apply underwriting rules, complete sales, identify cross-sell opportunities, promote insurance and related products.
• Process insurance and membership payments, including initial and recurring payments; conduct retention calls.
• Assist with office events that generate insurance revenue and support community activities.
