Job summary

Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative to assist members with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. The role blends service, problem‑solving, and sales support to help members protect what matters most while promoting ACG’s products.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing applications and payments, quoting insurance, and connecting customers with agents as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Property & Casualty license.
• Ability to qualify for, obtain, and maintain all required state licenses and appointments to sell and/or service Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries and explain product features.
• Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and billing questions.
• Provide insurance product quotes and promote insurance, membership, and financial products; refer customers to agents when appropriate.
• Process payments and conduct retention calls; support outbound promotional activities.
• Assist with office events to generate revenue and raise product awareness.
