Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license; ability to qualify for required state licenses.
• Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer insurance inquiries, explain product features and service advantages, support sales processing, and resolve member complaints.
• Service insurance policies and process applications, renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions.
• Provide insurance product quotes, apply underwriting rules, identify cross-sell opportunities, and promote products and referrals.
• Process insurance payments, renewal payments, delinquent accounts, and conduct retention calls.
