KARS AGENCY INC is seeking a motivated Licensed P&C Sales Professional to join our Wilmington, DE team. You will build meaningful client relationships while helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most, with the potential to earn a six-figure income.

Responsibilities include prospecting leads, tailoring coverage solutions, quoting and processing policies, and maintaining an actively growing book of business.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred, or willing to obtain.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts
• Consult with clients to assess their property and casualty insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Quote, bind, and process P&C insurance policies accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business through strong client relationship management
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and policy changes to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals
