Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
• Must reside in Pennsylvania (required).
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with discipline for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Work provided leads while also generating new business through referrals and prospecting.
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and present P&C solutions.
• Cross-sell and upsell within an existing book of business to support retention and growth.
• Build and manage a strong client pipeline and meet sales quotas.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency management system.
