Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or related financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Must be located in Wilmington, DE or able to commute.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.
• Consult with clients to assess their property and casualty insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions.
• Quote, bind, and process P&C insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business through strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and policy changes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals.
