NEWELL FISCHER AGENCY INC in Glenolden, PA is seeking a driven Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Professional. The role starts part-time with potential to grow to full-time, offering base pay plus commission and some in-office hours at onboarding.

You will prospect and close personal and commercial lines, assess needs, and build strong client relationships while staying current on products and underwriting guidelines. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Proven track record in insurance sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with agency management software and carrier quoting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new P&C insurance sales opportunities for personal and commercial lines.
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate property and casualty coverage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Quote and bind policies using agency management systems and carrier portals.
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities within existing book of business.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales production goals.
