Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed dispensing optician credential in the relevant state.
• ABO certification accepted in non-licensing states.
• Demonstrated passion for eyewear and retail.
• Clear, professional communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers to meet all eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to sales and service best practices across the organization.
• Represent the brand and educate others about Warby Parker values.
