Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain terms to customers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear against optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle.
• Share best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
