Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage optical and lab processes. The role combines in-store customer interactions with technical lens and eyewear work, ensuring high standards and accuracy.

Responsibilities include guiding customers, performing measurements, and mentoring staff while maintaining store operations and safety standards. Must hold a valid state Opticianry license and have strong retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license.
• Experience in optical theory and merchandise knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service and assist in sales.
• Serve as alternate store key holder and ensure accurate execution.
• Advise customers on lens choices based on prescriptions and needs.
• Perform lens edging, mounting, fitting, and measurements.
• Collaborate with lab staff to ensure finished eyewear meets standards.
• Maintain safe working environment and train others as needed.
