Job summary

LensCrafters Augusta is seeking a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage key optical and lab processes. You will lead by example, driving sales and ensuring patient satisfaction while maintaining standards across both retail and lab operations.

The role requires a current state Opticianry license, strong optical knowledge, and leadership experience. You will coach teammates, coordinate processes, and ensure accurate lens fitting and measurements for customers.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required and valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical knowledge with retail eyewear experience.
• Leadership, communication and training experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactive, solution driven with product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and train sales associates.
• Serve as an alternate store key holder.
• In lab, custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses; maintain lab tools.
