Job summary

LensCrafters in Augusta, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager and act as a business owner within the marketplace. You will uphold LensCrafters standards and deliver key performance metrics.

You will drive sales, monitor conversions and traffic, train team members, and maintain store appearance while ensuring customer care and compliance with company policies. Nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Must have a strong command of the English language for all written correspondence & oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to meet KPI targets such as Sales to Plan, Conversion, and Traffic.
• Supports store manager in diagnosing business and leveraging Retail, Lab & Doctor synergies.
• Leads team through training, feedback, and performance management.
• Participates in recruiting and staffing to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensures store appearance and adherence to company policies; maintains a safe work environment.
