Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Full-Time position focused on delivering exceptional eye-care retail experiences. The role acts as a leader in the absence of the Store Manager and drives key performance metrics within the community.

The candidate will support recruiting, staff development, and maintaining standards for store appearance, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality and improvements to meet KPI targets.
• Demonstrates understanding of retail business and market trends.
• Supports store manager in diagnosing the business and leveraging synergies of Retail, Lab & Doctor to drive results.
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales and profit and address opportunities.
• Partners with store manager to lead a team with strong knowledge and skills.
• Provides training and guidance to team members and delivers feedback.
