LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You will act as a business owner within the marketplace and deliver strong performance metrics across sales, traffic, and patient care.

You will partner with the Store Manager to coach and develop the team, execute visual standards, and maintain a inviting store atmosphere. Flexibility is required, including nights and weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Demonstrated selling skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality and improvement to exceed KPIs: Comp Sales, Sales to Plan, Conversion, Customer Count, Retention and Exam Growth.
• Strong understanding of retail business and competitive landscape.
• Supports store plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Partner with store manager to lead and develop team.
• Delivers timely feedback and assists in development.
• Executes visual directives and maintains store appearance.
• Maintains positive relationships with doctors and staff.
• Promotes policy compliance and handles administrative duties.
• Works a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
