Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team in New York. You will take and record measurements, adjust eyewear, and explain prescription terminology to customers while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Directly work with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with flawless accuracy
• Check that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Collaborate with your team to implement best practices for sales and service
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate customers on our values
