Warby Parker seeks skilled opticians to join our in-house optical team and help people see with confidence. You will become an expert in our glasses, take precise measurements, and deliver outstanding customer service.

As a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified where required), you will explain prescriptions and guide customers to frames and lenses that fit their needs. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices in sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face, style and lifestyle.
