Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions precisely.
• Lead in optical knowledge and assist with complex needs.
• Take measurements and adjust eyewear with attention to detail.
• Record measurements and ensure finished eyewear meets standards.
• Utilize technology under time pressure with product knowledge.
• Strive to exceed brand KPIs and maintain store appearance.
• Share safety opportunities with management and follow policies.
• Remain adaptable, proactive and focused on customer satisfaction.
• Support discounts, promotions and inventory control.
