Ideal candidates hold state licensure, have optical dispensing experience, and demonstrate strong customer service, math aptitude, and fashion awareness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• State licensure for optical dispensing is required.
• Experience in optical dispensing and strong customer service are required.
• Familiarity with POS, tablets and store technology is preferred.
• Able to use basic math and understand fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations in-store.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses accurately.
• Lead with optical knowledge and assist with complex needs.
• Record measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Maintain good product knowledge and operate relevant tools.
