LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver legendary customer service and craft high-quality eyewear, while maintaining exceptional product knowledge and precise fitting. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and fashion trends.
• Ability to use a tablet for sales and processing transactions.
• Solid math skills and POS familiarity.
• Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations for service.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead with optical knowledge and accurate measurements.
• Record measurements and adjust eyewear to ensure proper fit and quality.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Utilize technology accurately under time pressure and maintain product knowledge.
• Identify and address root causes to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
• Multitask and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve Brand KPIs and maintain store standards.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-organized store environment.
• Report safety opportunities to management and follow safe practices.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, ongoing learning, and results-driven mindset.
