Warby Parker is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Opticians to join our growing in-house optical team and play an integral part in helping people see. In this role, you will become an expert in our brand and our glasses, delivering extraordinary customer service across multiple stores.

Whether helping long-time Warby Parker fans or first-time wearers, you'll be part of a collaborative team committed to growth and excellence.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid dispensing optician license in state of licensure or ABO certification in non-licensing states.
• Excellent customer service and ability to explain eyewear terminology clearly.
• Comfortable working across multiple store locations and shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Work in multiple store locations within your state of licensure.
• Assist customers with eyewear needs and take/record measurements.
• Adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy and ensure finished products meet standards.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Help customers select frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with team to establish best practices for sales and service.
