The role requires 5+ years in retail with leadership experience, ABO/NCLE certification, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You’ll collaborate with doctors to deliver exceptional eye care and maintain brand standards. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• ABO & NCLE certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations: staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning and policy enforcement.
• Lead, train, and develop associates with coaching and growth opportunities.
• Guide sales and patient experiences from start to finish.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure high levels of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards, and provide accurate reporting.
