Qualifications

• Must have and maintain applicable state licensure for ophthalmic dispensing.
• Knowledge of optical products and prescription analysis and fitting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in frame and lens selection.
• Provide accurate information on frames, lens selections and services.
• Explain insurance benefits and any charges not covered by insurance.
• Utilize the SERVE sales process to identify needs and recommend lenses.
• Communicate with Lab and Optometrist to ensure prescription accuracy.
• Measure and dispense frames with accurate sizing and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensing area.
• Ensure accurate customer pricing and comply with state requirements.
