Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house team, delivering exceptional customer service and expert eyewear fitting. You will take measurements, adjust frames, and ensure finished eyewear meets our standards while explaining prescriptions to customers.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle, embodying Warby Parker’s values and mission.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician required in states that license, ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting eyewear needs.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly.
• Be detail-oriented with measurements, adjustments, and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear accurately.
• Check finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
