Qualifications
- Licensed dispensing optician status in licensing states; ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
- Strong customer service mindset with ability to explain technical terms to customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent measurement, fitting, and accuracy in eyewear handling.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with eyewear needs and product selection.
- Take measurements and fit eyewear with accuracy.
- Explain prescription terminology and lens options to customers.
- Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service and educate others about Warby Parker values.
