Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team in Paramus. You will become an expert in our glasses, measure, fit, and adjust eyewear, and provide exceptional customer service to help customers see confidently.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid optician license or ABO certification.

Responsibilities

• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices for sales and customer service.
